Jyotsna Juhi – CEO/Founder

With eight years of experience in various roles ranging from business development to delivery across garment exports, pharmaceutical advertising, e-recruitment and finally a talent management company, Jyotsna has developed a knack of understanding client needs across industry verticals.

Passionate and committed about her work, Jyotsna believes that honesty and integrity is the back bone of building any business relationship. With this thought in mind Jyotsna founded RightMinds Consulting.

She is a post graduate in Pharmaceutical Marketing from SIES, Mumbai and MBA  from SMU, Bangalore.


Kislaya Kunjan – Board Member

Kislaya leads the overall strategy and service road-map for RightMinds. His passion is in starting and building companies and products that are innovative in design and positioning, and focused on adding simplicity and value while creating an emotional connect with their users.

Based in the US, as an entrepreneur he has founded start-ups in the areas of medical device & diagnostics and management consulting. His career has also spanned working across large corporations, like Saint Gobain and Johnson & Johnson in sales and marketing roles. He has done his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Jalandhar followed by his MS from Purdue and MBA from Cornell University.

Kishan Sood – Board Member

Kishan has over 35 years of rich and diversified industry experience in manufacturing, new venture development, technology consultancy, project management, and quality control. He has held increasingly senior engineering and management positions in industry leaders spread across India such as Grasim (flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group), ITC Bhadrachalam, JK Industries and Reliance Industries. Specific industry domains have included, Viscose Staple Fiber/Rayon, Pulp and Paper, and Polyester Fiber. He is currently actively involved as a governing body member in two NGOs – one focused on disaster relief and the other on kindergarten education based on the ideals of Neo-Humanism. He has a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (formerly Govt. Engineering College), Raipur.
